• Our billing period is from Monday to Friday. Billing is completed on Monday for the previous week. Payment is expected in full by Tuesday. A late fee of $5.00 will be charged to accounts not paid by Wednesday. Children may not attend the remainder of the week, until payment is received.

• When a 24 hour advanced notice of a child's absence is given there will be no charge for that time. This applies to illness, bad weather and all other absentee times.

• A $20 charge is assessed for non-sufficient fund checks. After 3 such occurrences, payments must be made by money order or cashier's check. Payment for all services must always be made by check or money order. We do not wish to keep cash in the building.

• Additional services are billed separately and due upon receipt as well as late charges and non-sufficient fund check charges. An additional $5.00 per week late charge will be assessed beyond the second request.

• Rate changes due to a birthday take place on Monday following the birthday. It is YOUR responsibility to notify us of this change.

• Voluntary cancellation of service by you REQUIRES A 2 WEEK ADVANCE WRITTEN NOTICE.

• Any changes (i.e., change in hours, birthday of a child, etc.) requires that you initiate the change.

• All general policies stated above pertain to ALL the rate schedules and services. When a child is registered you assume all responsibility for cost incurred.

Minimum of 5 hours per day, except for school age children.
Minimum charge is $3.00 per day.
Snacks included in hourly rate.



OTHER FEES

The following fees MAY be incurred:

Registration Fee: The current registration fee is $20 and $15 renewal fee each year.

Lunch Fee: Lunch at the Center is currently $1.35 pre day.

Breakfast Fee: Breakfast at the Center is 65 cents per day.

Drop-in Fee: If additional hours are needed beyond what you are scheduled, or if you fail to turn in a schedule by noon on Thursday, a drop-in rate of $2.50 per hour per child is assessed. If a child is picked up later than what you have scheduled or dropped off early, the drop-in rate will be assessed per child. Your child must be registered in he Center to be a drop-in.

After Hours Fee: The Center closes at 6 pm. All children should be out of the Center by 6 pm. Parents should arrive no later than 5:50 pm to allow enough time to visit with the teach, and to collect the child’s belongings. Service beyond that time necessities paying staff overtime. Consequently, a $15 fee will be charged for each 15 minutes past closing time.

Special Provisions Fee: When circumstances require special diets, equipment or staffing, there will be additional charges for those items. This will be discussed with parents before implementing.

I understand that all schedules are due by noon on Thursday for the following week. If not scheduled by noon on Thursday, then I am obligated to pay the drop-in fee of $5.00. If a child arrives before/after their scheduled hours and no call is made to the Center, then a $2.50 per hour per child fee is assessed.
