Net Print Tutorial
Net Print Tutorial (Mac OS 9)
-Net-Print allows you to highlight text (in any application) and print it or save it (and only it).
-Net-Print even lets you take multiple chunks of text and print them on the same sheet of paper or save them in the same file.
-Net-Print is especially useful on the Internet for those long web pages with one useful piece of information.
-Net-Print can print all of the information for documenting your resource (URL, title, and date).
-Net-Print can now quickly print labels for zip disks and CD's.
-Net-Print can now read highlighted text to you using Apple’s speech technology.
How to Use Net-Print:

1) Go to the application and highlight the text you want to save.

2) Once you have your text highlighted, go to the menu bar and click on the Net- Print icon.

3) If you want it saved in a new document, click on Save Selection. Name your document and put it in the folder you want it in. You can also click on whether you want it to show the url and date.

4) If you find more information that you would like to append, highlight the text. Next go up to the menu and click on the Net-Print icon. Click on append. A box will come up asking you what you want it appended to. Select the document, and click open. Make sure the document you want it appended to isn't open, or it won't get appended.
