Using East Buchanan's PaySchools Account
The link from the home page entitled "PaySchools" will bring you to the welcome screen shown below.

On this page you will find a link entitled "East Buchanan School Lunch Account." Clicking on the link will take you to a page, where you will enter the amount you want to pay. (If your family has one account that your student's/students' lunch money is taken from you can enter the total amount here. If you have separate accounts for each student, then you will want to return to the Available Products tab (on the left) and enter a second amount for the next student, repeating the process.

Enter the amount for the family account or an individual student account to be paid. Next select "Set Payment Amount" to continue.

If the amount you want to pay is correct, select "Check Out." Changing the pull down number to any other amount and selecting "Update Quantities" will multiple your payment by the selection, ex. 2 - doubles.

Enter your login and password for your existing account. If not, you will need to create one by selecting "click here" in the statement: first time visitors please click here to register.

Fill out this form to create a new account. Make your password secure, and record it somewhere safe for further use. (You will not need to do this if you have an existing account)

Next you will need to enter each of your students if you have individual accounts for them. If you have one account for all your students, then create one for the entire family. Lastly, assign the amount to be paid to the individual person or family account.

Here's an example what a family account might look like. You will need to assign a random grade to create this account.

Next you will need to select the name in the pull down and assign the payment to an account.

Once all transactions have been entered you are ready to proceed with Checkout. All transactions will show up on the Checkout page. Note: I have entered two transactions in this example. (Remember you can return to available products, if you need to add money for another student's individual account.) You are now ready either pay by E-Check or by Credit Card.

At the bottom of the Checkout page is the form for E-Check.

By clicking on the "Credit Card" option you will get another from to fill in for that option.

Don't forget to submit the transaction when information is complete. Also remember to record your login and password for future use.
