Computer Labs and LMC Schedules

We have implemented a self-scheduling system for reserving the use of the Library Media Center, Open Access Lab and the K-8 Lab. You may view a calendar for each of the labs and the LMC to check their availability.

Open Access Lab: http://my.calendars.net/emac_lab

Teachers who intend to use the LMC and/or Labs will be provided with instructions on how to reserve the facilities.

Open Access Lab

To schedule the use of the Open Access Lab, visit: http://my.calendars.net/emac_lab. The Open Access Lab has 31 eMac Stations and a video projector. If you want to bring your class to the Open Access Lab please sign up as soon as possible beforehand. Each teacher must supervise their class in the lab.

K-8 Lab

To schedule the use of the K-8 Lab, visit: http://my.calendars.net/k8lab. The K-8 lab has 20 iMac Stations. If you want to bring your class to the MS lab please sign up as soon as possible beforehand. Each teacher must supervise their class in the lab.

The K-8 Lab is scheduled each day for elementary computer applications from 10:30 AM to 11:10 AM and from 11:53 AM to 12:42 PM.

Library Media Center (LMC)

To schedule the use of the Library Media Center, visit: http://my.calendars.net/library_lmc. You will also want to contact Mrs. Berns or Mrs. Aberle by Quick Mail to advise them of your research needs. The LMC has 17 network/internet stations available for student use.

If you want to bring your class to the Library Media Center, please sign up as soon as possible beforehand so any necessary materials or arrangements can be made. While in the Media Center, students are expected to sit together as a class in one area without disturbing other students who are in the Media Center for individual needs. Each teacher must supervise their class in the LMC. There will be a limit of 2 classes in the 6-12 LMC.

Mobile Lab

To schedule the use of the Mobile Lab, visit: http://my.calendars.net/ebmobilelab. The Mobile Lab has 24 laptop computers with internet and word processing. The entire lab is contained within the mobile cart including a printer and access point that can be taken to any classroom in the school. If you want to use the lab, please sign up as soon as possible beforehand. Each teacher must supervise their class with use of the lab. Please let the techteam know, if after use the lab needs to charged.
