    Effective Internet Search Strategies--Developed by Annette Lamb, USI

    Use a keyword, topic or idea. Be specific daycare
    Use quotations for a phrase. "death penalty"
    Use uppercase only for proper nouns. Avoid plurals Montana
    Use an "*" as a wildcard (politician, political) politi*
    A "+" plus sign means the search MUST include the word
    A "-" minus sign means the search MUST NOT include the word
    bulls +herford -chicago
    AND means it must include both words teenager AND adolescent
    OR means it must include either word teenager OR adolescent
    AND NOT means all but this word weed AND NOT marijuana
