Drake was born in 1540 and died in 1596. he’s birth place is in Devonshire, England. He is the son of a Yeoman.

What the Spanish accomplished and didn’t accomplish. The Spanish attacked all but three of English ships. He directed a fight against the Spanish at Vigo, Spain. During that time he had 26 ships and destroyed 30 Spanish ships.

The Spanish were blocking the path to the New World. He raided the Spanish with 5 ships. During the fight he stole maps to the Atlantic Ocean.
