I chose Mary Baker Eddy because her name was very fascinating. I thought it would be interesting to see what she did in her life. I like to choose things that stick out like Mary Baker Eddy.

Mary Baker Eddy is the founder of the Christian Science Church. She had many years of bad health. She did recover eventually, with family help and religious faith. Even so, her son was raised by other people most of his life. She also was a fantastic writer. While she was ill she wrote several books. These books are available today.

I think she made an impact on many people because she did so much. Her life brought children, many different husbands, and illnesses. Her religious beliefs definitely did something to the people from her hometown, if not towards people in different areas. Her many books (I did not get a chance to look at) probably were very informative and helpful. She didn't get a chance to win any awards for her books. I have concluded she was a very fascinating person who needs acknowledgement.

“Sin makes its own hell, and goodness its own heaven.”
