Welcome to our Colonial America Web Project. This project presents many different aspects of the colonial time period. The project begins with the founding of the first successful English colony in North America at Jamestown in 1607 and closes with the problems along the American frontier following the French and Indian Wars. (approximately 1607-1763). This site was created as a collaborative research project by 18 students at East Buchanan Middle School in Winthrop, IA. |
